GSI, conforme definido no Artigo 7\u00ba do <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/redelog.rj.gov.br\/redelog\/decreto-estadual-no-47298\/\">Decreto n\u00ba47.298 de 01\/10\/2020<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; parte transcrita abaixo:<\/p><p><em>Art. 7\u00ba \u2013\u00a0N\u00e3o ser\u00e1 permitida a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da frota como Ve\u00edculo de Escolta, exceto com autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o exarada pela Secretaria de Estado da Casa Civil.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico \u2013\u00a0Em fun\u00e7\u00e3o de necessidade extraordin\u00e1ria, decorrente de amea\u00e7a \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, poder\u00e1 ser autorizado, pela Secretaria de Estado da Casa Civil, mediante solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00d3rg\u00e3o ou Entidade e parecer t\u00e9cnico do Gabinete de Seguran\u00e7a Institucional; a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculo com requisitos adicionais, tais como pot\u00eancia do motor, blindagem e acess\u00f3rios de seguran\u00e7a;<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00a7 2\u00ba \u2013\u00a0O GSI definir\u00e1 os procedimentos relativos \u00e0s autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es indicadas neste artigo, por meio de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria.<\/em><\/p><p>Conforme disposto na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;
