O descredenciamento de ve\u00edculos \u00e9 regulamentado pelo Decreto Estadual n\u00ba47.298\/2020<\/a><\/strong> e pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da\u00a0SEPLAG N\u00b0340<\/a>\u00a0<\/b>. O descredenciamento \u00e9 o ato de remo\u00e7\u00e3o do credenciamento de ve\u00edculos, realizado pelo \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central, mediante solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00d3rg\u00e3os ou Entidades.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Art. 36. O descredenciamento de ve\u00edculos no BDFE ocorrer\u00e1:<\/p>

I \u2013 pelo \u00d3rg\u00e3o ou Entidade, em que dever\u00e1 encaminhar solicita\u00e7\u00e3o ao \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sislog, por of\u00edcio no SEI, justificando a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o do descredenciamento, anexando c\u00f3pia dos documentos pertinentes; ou<\/p>

II \u2013 pelo \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sislog, quando:<\/p>

a) n\u00e3o constar a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o atualizada, de que trata o \u00a7 2\u00ba do art. 34 desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, at\u00e9 o dia 31 de dezembro de cada ano; ou<\/p>

b) n\u00e3o houver registro de abastecimento pelo per\u00edodo de 6 (seis) meses, nos casos de ve\u00edculos de propriedade de terceiros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

FORMUL\u00c1RIO SIGETRANSP<\/strong><\/p>

Em busca de obter maior celeridade e efici\u00eancia na gest\u00e3o de frotas do Estado, elaboramos um Formul\u00e1rio para facilitar a operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de credenciamento, descredenciamento e abastecimento.<\/p>

Seguem abaixo tais orienta\u00e7\u00f5es, e tamb\u00e9m o arquivo edit\u00e1vel para ser inserido no momento do pedido pelo SEI.<\/p>

Observa\u00e7\u00e3o: selecionem o documento SEI com nomenclatura de \u201cAnexo\u201d, e escrevam ao lado:
\u201cFORMUL\u00c1RIO SIGETRANSP\u201d<\/p>

Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p>

Os campos a serem preenchidos devem ser:<\/p>

a) Se for pedido credenciamento com abastecimento, o quadro 1 dever\u00e1 ser preenchido.
b) Caso seja somente descredenciamento, o quadro a ser utilizado dever\u00e1 ser o 2.
c) O campo \u201canexos\u201d \u00e9 para ser utilizado somente quando houver credenciamento.<\/p>
