Aten\u00e7\u00e3o, antes de pensar em cadastrar ve\u00edculos e\/ou criar uma frota, voc\u00ea precisa obter a Dota\u00e7\u00e3o Veicular Oficial \u2013 DVO.<\/span><\/p>

A Dota\u00e7\u00e3o Veicular Oficial \u2013 DVO, tem por objetivo estabelecer o quantitativo m\u00e1ximo de ve\u00edculos autorizados por \u00d3rg\u00e3o. Nesse sentido, o \u00d3rg\u00e3o dever\u00e1 observar o quantitativo total autorizado.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Cabe destacar que, a defini\u00e7\u00e3o da Dota\u00e7\u00e3o Veicular tem por objetivo, entre outros fatores, permitir um planejamento sobre a gest\u00e3o de transportes dos \u00d3rg\u00e3os e Entidades. Com a Dota\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida e bem dimensionada \u00e9 poss\u00edvel estimar os custos como, por exemplo, gastos com combust\u00edvel, parqueamento, condutores entre outros.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Uma das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es dos Gestores de Transportes \u00e9 exatamente orientar a gest\u00e3o de transportes no seu \u00d3rg\u00e3o de atua\u00e7\u00e3o. Sinalizar o quantitativo autorizado, apresentar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de uso e os tipos de modais dispon\u00edveis, s\u00e3o algumas das orienta\u00e7\u00f5es que o Gestor de Transportes deve apresentar como respons\u00e1vel da frota.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Caso seja necess\u00e1rio alterar o quantitativo estabelecido na Dota\u00e7\u00e3o Veicular, o processo dever\u00e1 atender o rito estabelecido na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o SEPLAG n\u00ba 340<\/a>:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>
