datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>O GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO<\/strong>, no uso das suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e tendo em vista o que consta do Processo Administrativo n\u00ba E-01\/036\/246\/2014,<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\">&#8211; a conveni\u00eancia da padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos atinentes \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de bens m\u00f3veis;<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\">&#8211; a import\u00e2ncia de fornecer aos servidores encarregados pela gest\u00e3o de bens m\u00f3veis, de forma sintetizada e objetiva, orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para a boa execu\u00e7\u00e3o de suas responsabilidades, alinhando o entendimento de normas e procedimentos; e<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\">&#8211; a necessidade de manter os gestores de bens m\u00f3veis capacitados e atualizados, compartilhando boas pr\u00e1ticas de gest\u00e3o;<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>DECRETA:<\/strong><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Fica criada, no \u00e2mbito da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Estadual, sem aumento de despesas, a REDE DE GESTORES DE BENS M\u00d3VEIS &#8211; REDEBENS, tendo por objetivos padronizar os procedimentos relativos \u00e0s atividades de gest\u00e3o de bens m\u00f3veis; fornecer aos gestores a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para a boa execu\u00e7\u00e3o de suas responsabilidades; estimular o interc\u00e2mbio de conhecimento e de boas pr\u00e1ticas administrativas entre os integrantes da rede e promover a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos gestores de bens m\u00f3veis.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>Caber\u00e1 \u00e0 Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o \u2013 SEPLAG, como \u00f3rg\u00e3o central do Sistema Log\u00edstico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, por meio da Coordenadoria Central da Rede Log\u00edstica \u2013 COREL, as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de supervis\u00e3o e coordena\u00e7\u00e3o geral das atividades desenvolvidas no \u00e2mbito da REDEBENS.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>O Coordenador da Coordenadoria de Gest\u00e3o do Patrim\u00f4nio M\u00f3vel \u2013 COGPM da SEPLAG ser\u00e1 o Gerente da REDEBENS.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>S\u00e3o integrantes da REDEBENS:<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>I &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>os Gestores de Bens M\u00f3veis, formalmente designados para o exerc\u00edcio desta fun\u00e7\u00e3o pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Estadual, segundo disp\u00f5e o artigo 17, inciso II, do Decreto n\u00ba 44.558, de 13 de janeiro de 2014;<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>II \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0o Gerente da REDEBENS, designado por ato da SEPLAG.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>A admiss\u00e3o dos Gestores de Bens M\u00f3veis na REDEBENS seguir\u00e1 as seguintes etapas:<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>I \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>indica\u00e7\u00e3o do gestor por meio de ato administrativo regular de seu \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade, direcionado \u00e0 Subsecretaria de Recursos Log\u00edsticos \u2013 SUBLO da SEPLAG;<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>II &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>capacita\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica sob a responsabilidade da Coordenadoria Central da Rede Log\u00edstica &#8211; COREL da SEPLAG;<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>III &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>inclus\u00e3o do gestor na REDEBENS e disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso ao canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da rede.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 Os Gestores de Bens M\u00f3veis das Unidades Cont\u00e1beis, que trata o artigo 3\u00ba, inciso II, do Decreto n\u00ba 44.558, de 13 de janeiro de 2014, dever\u00e3o obrigatoriamente ser indicados por seus respectivos \u00f3rg\u00e3os ou entidades para admiss\u00e3o na REDEBENS.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>O descredenciamento da REDEBENS se dar\u00e1 por iniciativa do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade a que o gestor estiver vinculado, formalizado por ato administrativo regular e encaminhado a SUBLO.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Art. 6\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>O uso inadequado da REDEBENS por integrante ensejar\u00e1 a sua exclus\u00e3o da rede.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>A SEPLAG comunicar\u00e1 ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade ao qual o integrante da REDEBENS estiver vinculado o uso inadequado da rede, para que este adote as provid\u00eancias que considerar apropriadas.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Art. 7\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Ficar\u00e1 a cargo da SEPLAG a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o efetivo entre os integrantes da REDEBENS.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Art. 8\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Fica delegada a SEPLAG a compet\u00eancia para regulamentar o presente Decreto.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:44:14+00:00\"><strong>Art. 9\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Este Decreto entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em
