1\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; O \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade do Poder Executivo Estadual interessado na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de registro de pre\u00e7os, na forma do art. 3\u00ba e em atendimento ao \u00a7 3\u00ba, do art. 4\u00ba do Decreto Estadual n\u00ba 46.751, de 27 de agosto de 2019, dever\u00e1 solicitar a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via \u00e0 Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o &#8211; SEPLAG, atrav\u00e9s da Subsecretaria de Log\u00edstica &#8211; SUBLOG, mediante o preenchimento e encaminhamento do Formul\u00e1rio de Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via para a Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Registro de Pre\u00e7os, conforme modelo de documento constante no Sistema Eletr\u00f4nico de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; SEI.<\/del>\u00a0 <strong>Revogado tacitamente pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/redelog.rj.gov.br\/redelog\/decreto-no-48-179-de-15-de-agosto-de-2022\/\">Decreto n\u00ba 48.179, de 15 de agosto de 2022<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; O \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade do Poder Executivo Estadual que tiver inten\u00e7\u00e3o de aderir a atas de registro de pre\u00e7os, na forma do \u00a7 7\u00ba, do art. 26 do Decreto n\u00ba 46.751, de 27 de agosto de 2019, dever\u00e1 comunicar sua inten\u00e7\u00e3o de ades\u00e3o \u00e0 SUBLOG, mediante o preenchimento e encaminhamento do Formul\u00e1rio de Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de Ades\u00e3o a Ata de Registro de Pre\u00e7os, conforme modelo de documento constante no Sistema Eletr\u00f4nico de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; SEI.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Os formul\u00e1rios de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, de que tratam os artigos 1\u00ba e 2\u00ba, dever\u00e3o ser assinados eletronicamente pelo titular do Departamento de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Finan\u00e7as ou o seu equivalente, ou pela autoridade competente, e encaminhados, via SEI, para a Unidade SUBLOG\/SUPGC.<\/p><p><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico<\/strong> &#8211; A autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 respondida por meio de Despacho no mesmo processo.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Esta Portaria entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o e revoga a Portaria SECCG\/SUBLOG n\u00ba 002, de 05 de setembro de 2019.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Rio de
