ESTADO DE PLANEJAMENTO E GEST\u00c3O<\/strong>, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais conferidas pela legisla\u00e7\u00e3o em vigor, e tendo em vista o que consta do processo n\u00ba SEI-120001\/011533\/2020,<\/del><\/p><p><del><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>:<\/del><\/p><p><del>&#8211; o disposto no Decreto n\u00ba 47.298\/2020, que atribuiu ao \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sistema Log\u00edstico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro &#8211; SISLOG a edi\u00e7\u00e3o de Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, estabelecendo o padr\u00e3o de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o a ser usado nos ve\u00edculos oficiais de servi\u00e7o usados pelos \u00d3rg\u00e3os e Entidades do Estado; e<\/del><\/p><p><del>&#8211; a necessidade de estabelecer regras para aperfei\u00e7oar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da frota veicular estadual,<\/del><\/p><p><del><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong> :<\/del><\/p><p><del><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Os ve\u00edculos de servi\u00e7o, pr\u00f3prios ou locados, da frota do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, ser\u00e3o identificados por meio de adesivos, conforme padr\u00f5es definidos no Anexo \u00danico desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p><p><del><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico<\/strong> &#8211; A presente Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o se aplica aos ve\u00edculos operacionais dos \u00d3rg\u00e3os e Entidades do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, conforme previsto no Decreto n\u00ba 47.298\/2020.<\/del><\/p><p><del><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; A confec\u00e7\u00e3o dos adesivos dever\u00e1 ser providenciada pelos \u00d3rg\u00e3os ou Entidades do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro detentores de ve\u00edculos pr\u00f3prios ou que tenham ve\u00edculos de terceiros que estejam sob sua responsabilidade.<\/del><\/p><p><del><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Os ve\u00edculos de servi\u00e7o que n\u00e3o tiverem qualquer tipo de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e3o ser adequados \u00e0 padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida, no prazo de 30 dias, a contar da publica\u00e7\u00e3o desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p><p><del><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico<\/strong> &#8211; Os modelos de adesivos em uso atualmente e os existentes em estoque poder\u00e3o continuar a ser utilizados nos ve\u00edculos, at\u00e9 que sejam totalmente consumidos.<\/del><\/p><p><del><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogada as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio, em especial a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 1398, de 29 de outubro de 2015.<\/del><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><del>Rio de Janeiro, 02 de outubro de 2020<\/del><\/p><p
