Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Estadual direta, aut\u00e1rquica e fundacional podem dispensar o processamento e o registro no Sistema Integrado de Gest\u00e3o de Aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es (SIGA), assim como, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00f3digo denominado CHAVE SIGA para o empenhamento atrav\u00e9s do Sistema Integrado de Gest\u00e3o Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, Financeira e Cont\u00e1bil do Rio de Janeiro &#8211; SIAFE-RIO das despesas que sejam classificadas nas naturezas discriminadas no Anexo desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p><p><del><strong>Art. 2\u00b0<\/strong> &#8211; Esta
