consta dos autos do Processo Administrativo n\u00ba E01\/036\/234\/2014, e<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a obrigatoriedade de renova\u00e7\u00e3o da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o de pregoeiro, conforme estabelece o \u00a7 1\u00ba do art. 10 do Decreto Estadual n\u00ba 43.692, de 30 de julho de 2012,<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>&#8211; A renova\u00e7\u00e3o dos certificados concedidos aos agentes p\u00fablicos integrantes da Rede de Pregoeiros do Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro compete \u00e0 Coordenadoria Central da Rede Log\u00edstica &#8211; COREL, mediante solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor interessado.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\">Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico &#8211; Compete aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades o controle da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da validade dos certificados de seus pregoeiros.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; A renova\u00e7\u00e3o do certificado ser\u00e1 concedida ao pregoeiro que atender o m\u00ednimo de uma dentre as seguintes exig\u00eancias:<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\">I &#8211; atua\u00e7\u00e3o, na fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Pregoeiro, em no m\u00ednimo 10 (dez) Preg\u00f5es realizados por meio do Sistema Integrado de Gest\u00e3o de Aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; SIGA, no per\u00edodo que compreende os 24 (vinte e quatro) meses anteriores \u00e0 data de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da renova\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\">II- aprova\u00e7\u00e3o em curso espec\u00edfico de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o para pregoeiro promovido pela SEPLAG com carga hor\u00e1ria igual ou superior a 16 (dezesseis) horas-aula, realizado no per\u00edodo que compreende os 12 (doze) meses anteriores \u00e0 data da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da renova\u00e7\u00e3o; ou<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\">III &#8211; aprova\u00e7\u00e3o em cursos de treinamentos promovidos pela SEPLAG, contidos na linha de aprendizagem espec\u00edfica definida para a REDPREG e com o somat\u00f3rio da carga hor\u00e1ria igual ou superior a 32 (trinta e duas) horas-aula, realizados no per\u00edodo que compreende os 12 (doze) meses anteriores \u00e0 data de solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da revalida\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\">\u00a7 1\u00ba- A renova\u00e7\u00e3o do certificado com fundamento no inciso I deste artigo dever\u00e1 ser instru\u00edda com o comprovante de participa\u00e7\u00e3o em preg\u00f5es homologados, obtido por consulta aos registros do SIGA, sendo considerados, para fins de contagem, apenas aqueles certames com data de homologa\u00e7\u00e3o compreendida no per\u00edodo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\">\u00a7 2\u00ba- A renova\u00e7\u00e3o do certificado com fundamento nos incisos II e III deste artigo dever\u00e1 ser instru\u00edda com os comprovantes de conclus\u00e3o dos cursos exigidos, sendo considerados somente cursos com data de conclus\u00e3o compreendida no per\u00edodo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Em car\u00e1ter excepcional, a validade dos certificados concedidos no ano de 2012 fica mantida at\u00e9 o t\u00e9rmino do corrente exerc\u00edcio mediante a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o do pregoeiro no Curso de Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Pregoeiros oferecido pela SEPLAG.<\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T19:28:52+00:00\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p><p style=\"text-align:
