tendo em vista o que consta do Processo Administrativo n\u00ba E-01\/036\/753\/2013,<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>:<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; a conveni\u00eancia da padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos procedimentos atinentes \u00e0 gest\u00e3o de contratos administrativos;<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; a import\u00e2ncia de fornecer aos servidores encarregados pela gest\u00e3o de contratos administrativos, de forma sintetizada e objetiva, orienta\u00e7\u00f5es para a boa execu\u00e7\u00e3o de suas responsabilidades, alinhando o entendimento de normas e procedimentos; e<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; a necessidade de manter os gestores de contratos capacitados e atualizados, compartilhando boas pr\u00e1ticas de gest\u00e3o;<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>DECRETA<\/strong>:<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Fica criada no \u00e2mbito da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Estadual, sem aumento de despesas, a REDE DE GESTORES DE CONTRATOS &#8211; REDECONT , tendo por objetivos padronizar os procedimentos relativos \u00e0s atividades de gest\u00e3o de contratos administrativos, fornecer aos gestores a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para a boa execu\u00e7\u00e3o de suas responsabilidades, estimular o interc\u00e2mbio de conhecimento e de boas pr\u00e1ticas administrativas entre os integrantes da rede e promover a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos gestores dos contratos administrativos. <\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Caber\u00e1 \u00e0 Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o &#8211; SEPLAG, como \u00f3rg\u00e3o central do Sistema Log\u00edstico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de supervis\u00e3o e gerenciamento das atividades desenvolvidas no \u00e2mbito da REDECONT.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; S\u00e3o integrantes da REDECONT:<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I- os Gestores de Contratos Administrativos, formalmente designados para o exerc\u00edcio dessa fun\u00e7\u00e3o pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Estadual, segundo disp\u00f5e o art. 5\u00ba do Decreto n\u00ba 42.301, de 12 de fevereiro 2010;<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">II &#8211; o Gerente da REDECONT, designado por ato da SEPLAG;<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">III &#8211; Os servidores que atuam na gest\u00e3o de contratos de seus \u00f3rg\u00e3os\/entidades, devidamente indicados pelos respectivos \u00f3rg\u00e3os\/entidades.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; A admiss\u00e3o dos Gestores de Contratos na REDECONT seguir\u00e1 as seguintes etapas:<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I- indica\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor por meio de ato administrativo regular de seu \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade, direcionado \u00e0 Subsecretaria de Recursos Log\u00edsticos &#8211; SUBLO da SEPLAG;<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">II &#8211; capacita\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica sob a responsabilidade da Coordenadoria Central da Rede Log\u00edstica &#8211; COREL da SEPLAG;<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">IV &#8211; inclus\u00e3o do servidor na REDECONT e disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do acesso ao canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da rede.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico &#8211; O procedimento de indica\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor na REDECONT ser\u00e1 de iniciativa do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade do servidor.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; O descredenciamento da REDECONT se dar\u00e1 por iniciativa do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade a que o servidor estiver vinculado, formalizado por ato administrativo regular e encaminhado a SUBLO.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art. 6\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; O uso inadequado da REDECONT por integrante ensejar\u00e1 a sua exclus\u00e3o da rede.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico<\/strong> &#8211; A SEPLAG comunicar\u00e1 ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade ao qual o integrante da REDECONT estiver vinculado quanto ao uso inadequado da rede, para que este adote as provid\u00eancias que considerar apropriadas.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art. 7\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Ficar\u00e1 a cargo da SEPLAG a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o efetivo entre os integrantes da REDECONT.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art. 8\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Fica delegada a SEPLAG a compet\u00eancia para regulamentar o presente Decreto.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p><del datetime=\"2022-08-18T14:26:17+00:00\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Art. 9\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Este Decreto entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/del><\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><del
