\u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sistema Log\u00edstico Estadual, com o intuito de auxiliar os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica estadual nas atividades relacionadas \u00e0s licita\u00e7\u00f5es e contrata\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, <strong>acompanha e consolida as publica\u00e7\u00f5es de decis\u00f5es e entendimento<\/strong>s do Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o, do Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e da Procuradoria Geral do Estado sobre o tema. <br \/>Destaca-se que h\u00e1 <strong>duas edi\u00e7\u00f5es do documento<\/strong>: um com base na Lei n.\u00ba 8.666\/1993, Lei n.\u00ba 10.520\/2002 e outros; e o segundo, com fundamento na Lei n.\u00ba 14.133\/2021 (Nova Lei de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es e Contratos). <br \/>O <strong>Comp\u00eandio de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es e Contratos<\/strong> torna o acesso e o conhecimento das publica\u00e7\u00f5es mais c\u00e9lere e f\u00e1cil para os agentes p\u00fablicos que atuam na \u00e1rea de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es. <br \/>Vale acrescentar que, no \u00e2mbito do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei n\u00ba 14.133\/2021 est\u00e1 condicionada ao disposto no
