\u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas no edital, ao crit\u00e9rio de julgamento e \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o.\n<br>\n O objetivo \u00e9 identificar a proposta que apresenta a condi\u00e7\u00e3o mais vantajosa para a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, com observ\u00e2ncia da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e das regras previamente estabelecidas no instrumento
