class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">&#8211; o disposto no Decreto n.\u00ba 49.316, de 07 de outubro de 2024, que institui e regulamenta o Cat\u00e1logo Eletr\u00f4nico de Padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o de Log\u00edstica &#8211; CatElog, em atendimento ao disposto no inciso II do art. 19 da Lei n.\u00ba 14.133, de 1\u00ba de abril de 2021, no \u00e2mbito da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica estadual direta, aut\u00e1rquica e fundacional;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">&#8211; o disposto no art. 6\u00ba do Decreto n.\u00ba 49.316, de 07 de outubro de 2024, que trata da Comiss\u00e3o de Padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">&#8211; que as determina\u00e7\u00f5es constantes nesta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o acarretar\u00e3o aumento de despesa.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">\u00a0<\/p><p
