400;\">O\u00a0<strong>SECRET\u00c1RIO DE ESTADO DE PLANEJAMENTO E GEST\u00c3O<\/strong>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais tendo em vista o que consta no Processo Administrativo n\u00ba SEI-120001\/002818\/2024,<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; que compete ao \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sistema Log\u00edstico \u2013 Sislog a normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades inerentes \u00e0s fun\u00e7\u00f5es log\u00edsticas, nos termos do inciso I do art. 7\u00ba do Decreto n\u00ba 48.650, de 23 de agosto de 2023;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; que o \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sislog \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o, defini\u00e7\u00e3o e implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de normas, diretrizes e pol\u00edticas visando ao cont\u00ednuo aperfei\u00e7oamento dos processos e aprimoramento do Sistema Integrado de Gest\u00e3o de Aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; SIGA; e<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; que o SIGA tem o cadastro de usu\u00e1rios e fornecedores como uma de suas principais funcionalidades, nos termos do inciso II do art. 2\u00ba do Decreto n\u00ba 49.193, de 11 de julho de 2024.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art. 1\u00ba &#8211; O pre\u00e2mbulo da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o SECCG n.\u00ba 61, de 16 de setembro de 2019, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">\u201cO SECRET\u00c1RIO DE ESTADO DE PLANEJAMENTO E GEST\u00c3O, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, considerando o disposto no Decreto n.\u00ba 49.193, de 11 de julho de 2024, e o constante dos autos do processo n.\u00ba SEI-120001\/002818\/2024\u201d (NR)<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art. 2\u00ba &#8211; A Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o SECCG n\u00ba 61, de 16 de setembro de 2019, passa a vigorar com as seguintes altera\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">\u201cArt. 1\u00ba-\u00a0 Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o disp\u00f5e sobre o cadastro de fornecedores, de que trata o inciso II do art. 2\u00ba do Decreto n.\u00ba 49.193, de 11 de julho de 2024.\u201d (NR)<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">\u201cArt. 2\u00ba &#8211; &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico &#8211; Em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do procedimento de ado\u00e7\u00e3o do Sicaf contido no inciso II do caput deste artigo, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 emiss\u00e3o de Certificado de Registro Cadastral &#8211; CRC Estadual.&#8221; (NR)<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">\u201cArt. 7\u00ba &#8211; Para obter o Credenciamento no Cadastro de Fornecedores, o fornecedor interessado dever\u00e1, al\u00e9m de realizar previamente seu Registro, na forma do art. 4\u00ba desta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, solicit\u00e1-lo por meio de correspond\u00eancia eletr\u00f4nica ao endere\u00e7o indicado no Manual do Fornecedor do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, contido no portal (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.compras.rj.gov.br\/\">www.compras.rj.gov.br<\/a>), juntamente com o Termo de Responsabilidade \u2013 Credenciamento (Anexo I) e os documentos relacionados no Anexo II, de acordo com sua Natureza Jur\u00eddica, digitalizados, em formato PDF.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. A empresa estrangeira interessada dever\u00e1 solicitar seu registro e credenciamento no SIGA, nos termos do caput deste artigo.\u201d (NR)<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">\u201cArt. 14 &#8211; &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026..<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; padding-left: 80px;\">II \u2013 enquanto perdurarem os efeitos da declara\u00e7\u00e3o de inidoneidade para licitar ou contratar com a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica imposta por qualquer Ente ou Entidade da
