CONTRATA\u00c7\u00d5ES P\u00daBLICAS, NA FORMA DO ART. 53, \u00a75\u00ba, DA LEI N\u00ba 14.133, DE 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90fc55d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"90fc55d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><b>O<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>PROCURADOR-GERAL<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>DO<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>ESTADO<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>DO<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>RIO<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>DE<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><b>JANEIRO<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, tendo em vista o que consta do Processo n\u00ba SEI-140001\/003487\/2024,<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><b>CONSIDERANDO:<\/b><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">&#8211; a possibilidade de o Procurador-Geral do Estado dispensar a an\u00e1lise jur\u00eddica nas hip\u00f3teses previamente definidas em ato regulamentar, considerando o baixo valor, a baixa complexidade da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, a entrega imediata do bem ou a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de minutas de editais e instrumentos de contrato, conv\u00eanio ou outros ajustes previamente padronizados pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o de assessoramento jur\u00eddico, consoante o art. 53, \u00a75\u00ba, da Lei n\u00ba 14.133, de 1\u00ba de abril de 2021;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">&#8211; caber \u00e0 Procuradoria Geral do Estado a supervis\u00e3o e a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os locais e setoriais do Sistema Jur\u00eddico Estadual, na qualidade de \u00f3rg\u00e3o central do Sistema Jur\u00eddico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, na forma do art. 2\u00ba, \u00a77\u00ba, da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 15\/1980;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">&#8211; que compete ao Procurador-Geral do Estado chefiar a Procuradoria-Geral do Estado e o Sistema Jur\u00eddico do Estado, de acordo com o art. 6\u00ba, inciso I, da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 15\/1980;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">&#8211; a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/1993, conforme artigo 193, II, \u201ca\u201d, da Lei n\u00ba 14.133\/2021;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">Art. 1\u00ba &#8211; Fica dispensada an\u00e1lise jur\u00eddica, na forma do artigo 53, \u00a75\u00ba, da Lei n\u00ba 14.133, de 2021, nas seguintes hip\u00f3teses:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">I &#8211; contrata\u00e7\u00f5es diretas de pequeno valor, em quaisquer dos casos enumerados nos artigos 74 e 75 da Lei n\u00ba 14.133, de 2021, desde que seus valores n\u00e3o ultrapassem os limites previstos nos incisos I e II do art. 75; e<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">II &#8211; contrata\u00e7\u00e3o por \u00f3rg\u00e3os ou entidades participantes de Ata de Registro de Pre\u00e7os.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico &#8211; Nos casos previstos neste artigo, faculta-se a remessa dos autos do processo ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o de assessoramento jur\u00eddico com o fim de dirimir d\u00favida jur\u00eddica espec\u00edfica.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">Art. 2\u00ba &#8211;
