\u2013 SUBLOG, homologou, em 05\/02\/2024, o preg\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nico centralizado de registro de pre\u00e7os \u2013 PERP n\u00ba 02\/2023 para a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de agenciamento de viagens, atendendo as necessidades de 64 \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<\/p><p>Com a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edtica Estadual de Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica de Suprimentos (GES), a vis\u00e3o do \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sistema Log\u00edstico, representado pela SEPLAG, \u00e9 ser refer\u00eancia em centraliza\u00e7\u00e3o de compras p\u00fablicas, por meio de processos mais \u00e1geis e inovadores, sempre buscando pr\u00e1ticas que impactem positivamente o gasto p\u00fablico.<\/p><p>A GES tem como objetivo a economicidade que pode ser obtida com os ganhos de escala, com o aumento do poder de barganha do governo estadual nas compras p\u00fablicas e com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos processuais.<\/p><p>Como resultado deste processo centralizado de servi\u00e7os de agenciamento de viagens, que\u00a0 apresentou uma nova modelagem mais eficiente atrav\u00e9s do crit\u00e9rio de julgamento de menor pre\u00e7o por taxa de maior desconto percentual sobre os pre\u00e7os das passagens a\u00e9reas, atingiu-se uma economia estimada de R$ 6.7 milh\u00f5es com a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o pelo ganho de escala e com a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos processuais.<\/p><p>A empresa vencedora foi a WEBTRIP AG\u00caNCIA DE VIAGENS E TURISMO EIRELI com taxa de desconto de 11,73% (onze inteiros e setenta e tr\u00eas
