atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, e tendo em vista o que consta no Processo n.\u00ba SEI-120001\/014604\/2020, e<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>:<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; o Decreto n\u00b0 46.223, de 24 de janeiro de 2018, que regulamenta a gest\u00e3o dos bens m\u00f3veis, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; o disposto nos artigos 2\u00ba, 4\u00ba e 6\u00ba do Decreto n\u00ba 46.048, de 25 de julho de 2017, que institui e torna obrigat\u00f3rio o uso do Sistema Informatizado de Bens M\u00f3veis &#8211; SBM RJ, no \u00e2mbito da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Estadual Direta e Indireta do Estado do Rio de Janeiro;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; o disposto no artigo 1\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta SEPLAG\/SEFAZ n\u00ba 17, de 05 de janeiro de 2021, alterada pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta SEPLAG\/SEFAZ n\u00ba 60, de 14 de dezembro de 2021, que estabelece as instru\u00e7\u00f5es para implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do SBM RJ;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; o disposto no processo SEI-120001\/014283\/2020, que transfere a administra\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e1quinas do SBM RJ, Portal de Compras e sistemas internos da Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o &#8211; SEPLAG para o Centro de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado do Rio de Janeiro &#8211; PRODERJ;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; o disposto no processo SEI-120001\/005405\/2021, que transfere a sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o e evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do SBM RJ para o PRODERJ;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; o disposto no processo SEI-120001\/007056\/2022, que trata da Viabilidade da Capacidade Operacional do Sistema de Bens M\u00f3veis \u2013 SBM RJ, no qual o PRODERJ declara que as tecnologias em que o sistema foi desenvolvido se encontram legadas, tornando dif\u00edcil o suporte, a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e3o-de-obra qualificada para corrigir eventuais \u201cbugs\u201d e desenvolver novas funcionalidades e, ainda, prop\u00f5e a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo sistema que atenda \u00e0s necessidades do Governo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro;<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; que compete \u00e0 SEPLAG, como \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sistema Log\u00edstico &#8211; Sislog, atrav\u00e9s da Subsecretaria de Log\u00edstica, propor pol\u00edticas e diretrizes, planejar, normatizar e orientar as atividades de gest\u00e3o de bens m\u00f3veis, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro; e<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; que ser\u00e3o adotadas as medidas administrativas necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 proposi\u00e7\u00e3o de revoga\u00e7\u00e3o do Decreto n\u00b0 46.048, de 25 de julho de 2017.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art<strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>1\u00ba\u00a0<\/strong>A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema Informatizado de Gest\u00e3o de Bens M\u00f3veis do Estado do Rio de Janeiro &#8211; SBM RJ, nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Direta e Indireta do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, est\u00e1 suspensa.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art<strong>. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/strong>A suspens\u00e3o da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do SBM RJ, de que trata o art. 1\u00ba desta Portaria, n\u00e3o isenta os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades de efetuarem a gest\u00e3o dos seus bens m\u00f3veis, devendo os respectivos gestores de bens, agentes patrimoniais e encarregados de subunidades atenderem ao disposto nos normativos que regem a atividade, em especial, o Decreto n\u00ba 46.223, de 24 de janeiro de 2018.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art.3\u00ba\u00a0Ficam revogadas a Portaria SEPLAG\/SUBLOG n\u00ba 14, de 03 de fevereiro de 2022, e a Portaria SEPLAG\/SUBLOG n\u00ba 22, de 16 de novembro de 2022.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art. 4\u00ba\u00a0Esta Portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p
