Dessa forma, o governo estadual desenvolveu um curso r\u00e1pido para auxiliar as prefeituras com ferramentas de gest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al\u00e9m desse atendimento aos munic\u00edpios, o CapacitaRJ tamb\u00e9m disponibiliza cursos de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para algumas secretarias do Governo do Estado e subsecretarias da Seplag RJ, apoiando a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do conhecimento em temas estrat\u00e9gicos da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A gest\u00e3o do programa \u00e9 conduzida pela Subsecretaria de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais da Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-justify\" style=\"text-align:
