O Sistema PCA RJ \u00e9 uma ferramenta informatizada desenvolvida para prestar apoio ao processamento e opera\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es Anual do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, oferecendo, ainda, ao gestor a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o global dos servi\u00e7os e materiais com maior impacto no \u00e2mbito de sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>
