GOVERNAN\u00c7A E GEST\u00c3O DE TRANSPORTES DO PODER EXECUTIVO DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO \u2013 SIGETRANSP.<\/b><\/del><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-90fc55d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"90fc55d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><del>O<b> SECRET\u00c1RIO DE ESTADO DE PLANEJAMENTO E GEST\u00c3O<\/b>, no uso das suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e tendo em vista o que consta no processo n\u00ba SEI-120001003741\/2023:<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del><b>CONSIDERANDO<\/b>:<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>\u2013 o disposto na se\u00e7\u00e3o I, do Cap\u00edtulo V, do Decreto n\u00ba 47.298 de 01 de outubro de 2020 \u2013 Sistema de Governan\u00e7a e Gest\u00e3o de Transportes do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, em raz\u00e3o das medidas de austeridade adotadas pelo Governo do Estado; e<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>\u2013 a necessidade de estabelecer par\u00e2metros adequados para o dimensionamento da frota de ve\u00edculos estadual.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><del><b>RESOLVE<\/b>:<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><del>CAP\u00cdTULO I<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><del>DAS DISPOSI\u00c7\u00d5ES GERAIS<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>Art. 1\u00ba\u00a0Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o estabelece a Dota\u00e7\u00e3o Veicular Oficial, no \u00e2mbito da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica estadual direta, aut\u00e1rquica e fundacional do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico.\u00a0A institui\u00e7\u00e3o da Dota\u00e7\u00e3o Veicular Oficial (DVO) dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades do Poder Executivo Estadual est\u00e1 prevista no \u00a7 1\u00ba do artigo 33 do Decreto n\u00ba 47.298, de 01 de outubro de 2020, e ser\u00e1 divulgada por meio do s\u00edtio eletr\u00f4nico da Rede de Gerenciadores de Transportes Oficiais \u2013 REDETRANS.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>Art. 2\u00b0\u00a0Para a defini\u00e7\u00e3o da Dota\u00e7\u00e3o Veicular Oficial \u2013 DVO ser\u00e3o consideradas, adicionalmente, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es extra\u00eddas do Banco de Dados da Frota Estadual \u2013 BDFE, as normas vigentes e a disponibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7o de Transporte sob Demanda de Servidores por Aplicativo \u2013 RJMOBI.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>Art. 3\u00ba\u00a0Os ve\u00edculos que extrapolarem as quantidades previstas na Dota\u00e7\u00e3o Veicular Oficial \u2013 DVO do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o credenciados no Banco de Dados da Frota Estadual \u2013 BDFE sem a devida autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria de Estado da Casa Civil \u2013 SECC.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>\u00a7 1\u00ba\u00a0Caso seja necess\u00e1ria a altera\u00e7\u00e3o da Dota\u00e7\u00e3o Veicular Oficial \u2013 DVO, desde que por imperiosa necessidade de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de interesse p\u00fablico, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade dever\u00e1 encaminhar of\u00edcio, contendo a justificativa t\u00e9cnica pertinente, por meio do Sistema Eletr\u00f4nico de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es \u2013 SEI, a ser enviado para a Secretaria de Estado da Casa Civil \u2013 SECC, para an\u00e1lise e manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>\u00a7 2\u00b0\u00a0Caso a SECC decida pela aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, dever\u00e1 encaminhar o respectivo processo SEI para a Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o providenciar as altera\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias na respectiva DVO do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade solicitante.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><del>Cap\u00edtulo II<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><del>DAS DISPOSI\u00c7\u00d5ES FINAIS<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>Art. 4\u00b0\u00a0O Gabinete de Seguran\u00e7a Institucional do Governo manter\u00e1 ve\u00edculos de representa\u00e7\u00e3o destinados ao atendimento dos Chefes dos Gabinetes do Governador e do Vice-Governador, do Secret\u00e1rio de Estado da Secretaria Extraordin\u00e1ria de Representa\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo em Bras\u00edlia, e seus substitutos imediatos, sem preju\u00edzo do previsto no \u00a7 2\u00b0, artigo 6\u00b0 do Decreto n\u00ba 47.298 de 02 de outubro de 2020.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>Art. 5\u00baOs casos omissos ser\u00e3o analisados pela SEPLAG e submetidos \u00e0 decis\u00e3o do Governador do Estado, quando couber.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>Art. 6\u00baEsta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, ficando revogada a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o SEPLAG n\u00ba 28, de 05 de outubro de 2020, bem como as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em
