inciso IV do art. 145 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, e tendo em vista o disposto no Processo Administrativo n\u00ba SEI-120001\/001078\/2023,\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8211; a edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Medida Provis\u00f3ria n.\u00ba 1.167, de 31 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, que alterou a Lei n.\u00ba 14.133, de 1\u00ba de abril de 2021, para prorrogar a possibilidade de uso da Lei n.\u00ba 8.666, de 21 de junho de 1993, da Lei n.\u00ba 10.520, de 17 de julho de 2002, e dos arts. 1\u00ba a 47-A da Lei n.\u00ba 12.462, de 4 de agosto de 2011.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>DECRETA<\/strong>:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" dir=\"ltr\">Art. 1\u00ba Fica revogado o Decreto n.\u00ba 48.375, de 28 de fevereiro de 2023, que disp\u00f5e sobre o marco temporal de transi\u00e7\u00e3o para a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o integral do novo regime de licita\u00e7\u00f5es e contratos sob a \u00e9gide da Lei n.\u00ba 14.133, de 1\u00ba de abril de 2021, e respectivos regulamentos estaduais.<\/p><p
