aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2671\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Com a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edtica Estadual de Gest\u00e3o Estrat\u00e9gica de Suprimentos (GES), a vis\u00e3o do \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sistema Log\u00edstico, representado pela Subsecretaria de Log\u00edstica (SUBLOG) da Secretaria de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o (SEPLAG), \u00e9 ser refer\u00eancia em centraliza\u00e7\u00e3o de compras p\u00fablicas em \u00e2mbito nacional, por meio de processos mais \u00e1geis e inovadores, sempre buscando pr\u00e1ticas que impactem positivamente o gasto p\u00fablico, e contribuam para a melhoria da qualidade de vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A GES\u00a0 tem como objetivo a economicidade que pode ser obtida com os ganhos de escala, e com o aumento do poder de barganha do governo estadual nas compras p\u00fablicas, tendo como princ\u00edpios basilares, al\u00e9m daqueles previstos pela Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica:<\/p><ol><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u00a0visando uniformizar e racionalizar os procedimentos de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, e de gest\u00e3o dos suprimentos;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Centraliza\u00e7\u00e3o das aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong>, sempre que for razo\u00e1vel, visando \u00e0 obten\u00e7\u00e3o de ganhos de escala, e a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de processos paralelos;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, envolvendo os \u00d3rg\u00e3os e Entidades do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Planejamento<\/strong>\u00a0para que as necessidades futuras de bens e servi\u00e7os sejam previstas de forma mais acurada;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Constru\u00e7\u00e3o e o fortalecimento de parcerias\u00a0<\/strong>saud\u00e1veis e sustent\u00e1veis entre o Estado do Rio de Janeiro e o mercado fornecedor;<\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o das assimetrias de informa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>,
