atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, e tendo em vista o que consta no Processo n.\u00ba SEI-120001\/014604\/2020, e<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>&#8211; O disposto no decreto n\u00b0 46.223, de 24 de janeiro de 2018, que regulamenta a gest\u00e3o dos bens m\u00f3veis, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro;<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>&#8211; O disposto na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta SEPLAG-SEFAZ n\u00ba 17, de 05 de janeiro de 2021, que instrui sobre a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema Informatizado de Gest\u00e3o de Bens M\u00f3veis do Estado do Rio de Janeiro \u2013 SBM RJ;<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>&#8211; O disposto na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta SEPLAG-SEFAZ n\u00ba 60, de 14 de dezembro de 2021, que altera a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o Conjunta SEPLAG-SEFAZ n\u00ba 17, de 05 de janeiro de 2021;<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>&#8211; O disposto na Portaria SEPLAG\/SUBLOG n.\u00ba 14 de 03 de fevereiro de 2022, que estabelece novo cronograma para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do SBM RJ;<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>&#8211; O disposto no processo SEI-120001\/014283\/2020, que transfere a administra\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e1quinas do Sistema de Bens M\u00f3veis \u2013 SBM RJ, Portal de Compras e sistemas internos geridos pela Assessoria T\u00e9cnica da Subsecretaria de Log\u00edstica para o PRODERJ;<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>&#8211; O disposto no processo SEI-120001\/005405\/2021, que transfere a sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o e evolu\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema de Bens M\u00f3veis \u2013 SBM RJ para o PRODERJ;<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>&#8211; O disposto no processo SEI-120001\/007056\/2022, que trata da Viabilidade da Capacidade Operacional do Sistema de Bens M\u00f3veis \u2013 SBM RJ pelo PRODERJ;<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>&#8211; O disposto nos artigos 2\u00ba, 4\u00ba e 6\u00ba do Decreto n\u00ba 46.048, de 25 de julho de 2017, que institui e torna obrigat\u00f3rio o uso do SBM RJ no \u00e2mbito do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro; e<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><del>&#8211; Que compete \u00e0 Secretaria de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o, como \u00f3rg\u00e3o central, atrav\u00e9s da Subsecretaria de Log\u00edstica, propor pol\u00edticas e diretrizes, planejar, normatizar e orientar as atividades de Gest\u00e3o de bens m\u00f3veis, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Espaco_Duplo_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; \u00a0A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema Informatizado de Gest\u00e3o de Bens M\u00f3veis do Estado do Rio de Janeiro &#8211; SBM RJ nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Direta e Indireta mantidos pelo Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, listados nas 3\u00aa, 4\u00aa e 5\u00aa etapas do cronograma\u00a0previsto no Anexo \u00danico da Portaria SEPLAG\/SUBLOG n.\u00ba 14 de 03 de fevereiro de 2022, est\u00e1 temporariamente suspensa.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>&#8211; Fica estabelecido que:<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>I<\/strong> \u2013 a suspens\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria aplica-se, ainda, para os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades listados nas 1\u00aa e 2\u00aa etapas do cronograma previsto no Anexo \u00danico da Portaria SEPLAG\/SUBLOG n\u00ba 14, de 03 de fevereiro de 2022, cujos pedidos de dila\u00e7\u00e3o de prazo para as etapas subsequentes foram deferidos pela SEPLAG atrav\u00e9s dos respectivos processos do Sistema Eletr\u00f4nico de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; SEI.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>II<\/strong> \u2013 os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades listados nas 1\u00aa e 2\u00aa etapas do cronograma previsto no Anexo \u00danico da Portaria SEPLAG\/SUBLOG n\u00ba 14, de 03 de fevereiro de 2022, cujos acervos j\u00e1 foram total ou parcialmente importados para o SBM RJ podem continuar realizando a gest\u00e3o dos bens m\u00f3veis pelo sistema.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>III<\/strong> \u2013 os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades listados nas 1\u00aa e 2\u00aa etapas do cronograma previsto no Anexo \u00danico da Portaria SEPLAG\/SUBLOG n\u00ba 14, de 03 de fevereiro de 2022, cujos acervos j\u00e1 foram parcialmente importados para o SBM RJ podem enviar as demais planilhas de carga inicial para a Unidade SEI SEPLAG\/COOGECB \u00e0 medida que as mesmas sejam elaboradas.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>IV<\/strong> \u2013 o envio das planilhas de carga inicial para a SEPLAG pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades listados nas 1\u00aa e 2\u00aa etapas que n\u00e3o cumpriram os prazos previstos no cronograma constante do Anexo \u00danico da Portaria SEPLAG\/SUBLOG n\u00ba 14, de 03 de fevereiro de 2022, ser\u00e1 facultativo.<\/del><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0\u00a0A suspens\u00e3o do cronograma de que trata o art. 1\u00ba desta Portaria n\u00e3o isenta os \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades de efetuarem a gest\u00e3o dos bens m\u00f3veis, que dever\u00e1 continuar sendo feita utilizando-se as ferramentas atualmente em uso, devendo os respectivos respons\u00e1veis patrimoniais atenderem ao disposto nos normativos que regem a
