<strong>DECRETA<\/strong>:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Ficam delegadas aos Secret\u00e1rios de Estado, no \u00e2mbito de suas respectivas pastas, as seguintes compet\u00eancias:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>I<\/strong> &#8211; autorizar a doa\u00e7\u00e3o de bens m\u00f3veis obsoletos, imprest\u00e1veis, de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o antiecon\u00f4mica ou inserv\u00edveis, integrantes do patrim\u00f4nio da Secretaria ou de suas entidades vinculadas, na forma do \u00a7 2\u00ba do art. 169 da Lei n\u00ba 287, de 04.12.1979, e sua regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/del><\/p><p>I &#8211; autorizar a doa\u00e7\u00e3o de bens m\u00f3veis considerados, nos termos do art. 166 da Lei estadual n\u00ba 287\/1979, como em desuso, antiecon\u00f4micos, obsoletos ou irrecuper\u00e1veis, com ou sem encargos, \u00e0 pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito p\u00fablico ou \u00e0 pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito privado reconhecidamente de utilidade p\u00fablica e cujo fim principal consista em atividade de relevante valor social. <strong>Reda\u00e7\u00e3o dada pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redelog.rj.gov.br\/redelog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Decreto-no-44.388-de-13.09.2013-Altera-dec.-41.670-Delega-competencia-aos-secretarios-para-desfazimento.pdf\">Decreto n\u00ba 44.388, de 13 de setembro de 2013<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><del><strong>II<\/strong> &#8211; autorizar a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos pela Secretaria ou por suas entidades vinculadas, observado o disposto no Decreto n\u00ba 14.981, de 27 de junho de 1990;<\/del> <strong>Revogado pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.redelog.rj.gov.br\/redelog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/DECRETO-No-43.770-DE-11-DE-SETEMBRO-DE-2012.pdf\">Decreto n\u00ba 43.770, de 11 de setembro de 2012<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>III<\/strong> &#8211; tornar sem efeito nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de candidatos aprovados em concurso p\u00fablico para preenchimento de cargos efetivos nos quadros da Secretaria ou de suas entidades vinculadas, na hip\u00f3tese de n\u00e3o comparecimento para posse dentro do prazo legal.<\/p><p><strong>IV<\/strong> &#8211; autorizar a doa\u00e7\u00e3o de bens m\u00f3veis a pessoa jur\u00eddica de direito p\u00fablico interno, entidades integrantes de sua Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Indireta ou Funda\u00e7\u00e3o institu\u00edda pelo Poder P\u00fablico, na forma do art. 168, \u00a7 1\u00ba, da Lei estadual n\u00ba 287\/1979. <strong>Reda\u00e7\u00e3o acrescentada pelo<\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redelog.rj.gov.br\/redelog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Decreto-no-44.388-de-13.09.2013-Altera-dec.-41.670-Delega-competencia-aos-secretarios-para-desfazimento.pdf\">Decreto n\u00ba 44.388, de 13 de setembro de 2013<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Este Decreto entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de
