class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><b>O\u00a0 GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO<\/b>, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es constitucionais e legais, e tendo em vista o disposto no Processo Administrativo n\u00ba SEI-120001\/004732\/2021,<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">&#8211; a altera\u00e7\u00e3o da nomenclatura do sistema de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo Federal, de Comprasnet para Compras.gov.br;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">&#8211; a necessidade de readequa\u00e7\u00e3o do planejamento para a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema no \u00e2mbito do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, tendo em vista as mudan\u00e7as sist\u00eamicas promovidas pelo Governo Federal no Compras.gov.br; e<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">&#8211; a necessidade de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo para publica\u00e7\u00e3o da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o prevista no artigo 10 do Decreto n\u00ba 47.680, de 12 de julho de 2021;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">&#8211; a necessidade de altera\u00e7\u00e3o da composi\u00e7\u00e3o dos Comit\u00eas T\u00e9cnico e Executivo de Governan\u00e7a em Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>DECRETA:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Na ementa, nos artigos 1\u00ba, 9\u00ba, 10 (<em>caput<\/em>\u00a0e par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico), 11 (<em>caput<\/em>\u00a0e incisos I, II e V), bem como no t\u00edtulo do Cap\u00edtulo V do Decreto Estadual n. 47.680, de 12 de julho de 2021,\u00a0onde se l\u00ea:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">\u201cComprasnet\u201d, \u201cSIASG\/Comprasnet\u201d e \u201cComprasnet\/SIASG\u201d<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>Leia-se:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">\u201cCompras.gov.br\u201d<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Nos artigos 1\u00ba e 11 (<em>caput<\/em>\u00a0e par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico), bem como no t\u00edtulo do Cap\u00edtulo VI do Decreto Estadual n. 47.680, de 12 de julho de 2021,\u00a0onde se l\u00ea:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">\u201cRede de Gerenciadores do Comprasnet &#8211; REDECOMPRASNET\u201d e \u201cREDECOMPRASNET\u201d<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>Leia-se:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">\u201cRede de Gestores de Compras &#8211; REDECOMPRAS\u201d.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; O\u00a0<em>caput<\/em>\u00a0do artigo 3\u00ba do Decreto Estadual n. 47.680, de 12 de julho de 2021 passa a vigorar acrescido do seguinte inciso IV:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">\u201c<strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>IV<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 dois membros da Secretaria de Estado da Casa Civil \u2013 SECC.\u201d (NR)<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba\u202f<\/strong>&#8211; O\u00a0<em>caput<\/em>\u00a0do artigo 10 do\u00a0Decreto Estadual n. 47.680, de 12 de julho de 2021 passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\">\u201c<strong>Art. 10<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 O \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sistema Log\u00edstico do Estado publicar\u00e1 Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecendo Plano de Trabalho de Migra\u00e7\u00e3o para o Compras.gov.br, contemplando o cronograma e os procedimentos a serem adotados visando a transi\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas, bem como a estrat\u00e9gia de educa\u00e7\u00e3o continuada para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores para a sua opera\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d\u00a0(NR)<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\"><strong>Art. 5\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Fica revogado o inciso II do\u00a0<em>caput<\/em>\u00a0do artigo 6\u00ba do Decreto Estadual n. 47.680, de
