GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO<\/strong>, no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es constitucionais e legais, e tendo em vista o disposto no Processo Administrativo n\u00ba SEI-120001\/004525\/2022,<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">\u00a0&#8211; a necessidade de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o do nome do \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sistema Log\u00edstico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro \u2013 SISLOG no Decreto n\u00ba 46.050, de 26 de julho de 2017, que cria a Rede Log\u00edstica do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro \u2013 REDELOG; e<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">&#8211; a necessidade de revogar os decretos que criaram as redes de gest\u00e3o descentralizada atualmente em funcionamento, a serem substitu\u00eddas pelas Redes Funcionais previstas no\u00a0<em>caput<\/em>\u00a0art. 3\u00ba do Decreto supramencionado.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><strong>DECRETA:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0O Decreto n\u00ba 46.050, de 26 de julho de 2017, passa a vigorar com as seguintes altera\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">\u201c<strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><strong>\u00a7 3\u00ba\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 \u00c0 Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o \u2013 SEPLAG, na qualidade de \u00d3rg\u00e3o Central do Sistema Log\u00edstico do Estado do Rio de Janeiro \u2013 SISLOG, compete as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de supervis\u00e3o e coordena\u00e7\u00e3o geral das atividades relacionadas \u00e0 REDELOG, nos termos do inciso I do art. 5\u00ba do Decreto n\u00ba 42.092, de 27 de outubro de 2009.\u201d (NR)<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">\u201c<strong>Art. 9\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Ficam revogados os Decretos n\u00ba 43.692, de 30\/07\/2012, n\u00ba 44.176, de 26\/04\/2013, n\u00ba 44.500, de 29\/11\/2013, n\u00ba 44.501, de 29\/11\/2013, e n\u00ba 45.171, de 04\/03\/2015, referentes \u00e0s redes de gest\u00e3o descentralizada atualmente em funcionamento, compreendendo a Rede de Pregoeiros do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro \u2013 REDPREG, a Rede de Gerenciadores do SIGA \u2013 REDESIGA, a Rede de Gerenciadores de Transportes Oficiais \u2013 REDETRANS, a Rede de Gestores de Contratos \u2013 REDECONT, e a Rede de Gestores de Bens M\u00f3veis \u2013 REDEBENS, respectivamente.\u201d (NR)<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"Texto_Justificado\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Este Decreto entra em vigor na data de sua
