ser executado e o valor a ser desembolsado para atendimento das despesas decorrentes da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, decorrente de pr\u00e9via reserva or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, elaborada em fase de planejamento da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o. Esse documento destina-se a autorizar a despesa e a suprir as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para o processamento da respectiva nota de empenho.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Antes da assinatura do instrumento de contratual dever\u00e1 ser promovido, mediante pr\u00e9via aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da autoridade competente, o empenho da despesa, a fim de ser identificada a dota\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria que cobrir\u00e1 a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato no respectivo instrumento, inclu\u00eddo o n\u00famero da Nota de Empenho &#8211; As informa\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (Programa de Trabalho, Unidade Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, Fonte de Recursos, Subelemento de Despesa etc.) normalmente j\u00e1 est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis no processo, no documento <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/redelog.rj.gov.br\/redelog\/reserva-orcamentaria\/\">Reserva Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>,<\/strong> e, se necess\u00e1rio, dever\u00e3o ser confirmadas com a \u00e1rea de planejamento e or\u00e7amento da unidade.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 importante observar o cronograma de desembolso, pois essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o deve refletir a programa\u00e7\u00e3o de entrega do objeto da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, que pode ser:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00danica, somente em um m\u00eas, normalmente nas compras imediatas de bens ou presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os por escopo;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parcelada em meses espec\u00edficos no caso de bens e servi\u00e7os com cronograma de entrega; ou<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continuada, utilizada nos servi\u00e7os ininterruptos com presta\u00e7\u00f5es mensais.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o da NAD e sua aprova\u00e7\u00e3o pelo respons\u00e1vel, acontecer\u00e1 a integra\u00e7\u00e3o sist\u00eamica com o <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www5.fazenda.rj.gov.br\/SiafeRio\/faces\/login.jsp\">Siafe-Rio<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Nessa integra\u00e7\u00e3o as informa\u00e7\u00f5es da NAD s\u00e3o repassadas ao sistema cont\u00e1bil, que ir\u00e1, ent\u00e3o, gerar uma Nota de Empenho no modo rascunho. O empenho de despesa \u00e9 o ato emanado de autoridade competente que cria para o Estado obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamento pendente ou n\u00e3o de implemento de condi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse documento cria uma \u201creserva\u201d de parte da dota\u00e7\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou entidade respons\u00e1vel pela contrata\u00e7\u00e3o a favor do fornecedor escolhido para executar o objeto definido. Ap\u00f3s a entrega do bem ou presta\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o ou obra, esse empenho suprir\u00e1 a consequente liquida\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa e pagamento ao fornecedor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tipos de Nota de Empenho:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empenho de Despesa: \u00e9 o tipo inicial de empenho;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refor\u00e7o de Empenho: utilizado quando um empenho precisa de um complemento de seu valor inicial;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anula\u00e7\u00e3o de Empenho: pode ser total, cancelando todo o saldo do empenho, ou parcial,
