objeto e o fornecedor, ser\u00e1 realizado o lan\u00e7amento sist\u00eamico das informa\u00e7\u00f5es de modo que seja poss\u00edvel registrar contabilmente as futuras despesas, bem como efetuar a class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s o encerramento da Fase Externa, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como Fase de Sele\u00e7\u00e3o do Fornecedor, ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio providenciar a inclus\u00e3o da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o em sistema informatizado para a gest\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es e elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da Nota de Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de Despesa \u2013 NAD e Nota de Empenho \u2013 NE.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atualmente \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio o processamento e registro no SIGA das aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es de bens e as contrata\u00e7\u00f5es de servi\u00e7os dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica Estadual direta, aut\u00e1rquica e fundacional, de acordo com o rol dos elementos de despesa previstos nos incisos do art. 6\u00ba, do Decreto n\u00ba 46.910, de 24 de janeiro de 2020.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com o advento da NLLC dever\u00e1 ser desenvolvida normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o para todas as formas de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, em compatibilidade com sistema de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma contrata\u00e7\u00e3o pelo sistema de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, ap\u00f3s o encerramento da sele\u00e7\u00e3o do fornecedor, ainda necessitar\u00e1 do preenchimento das informa\u00e7\u00f5es correlatas aos contratos, fruto dos procedimentos de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O ideal \u00e9 de que a inclus\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es seja promovida pelos respons\u00e1veis indicados da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o e o prosseguimento do fluxo contemple as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias, para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da NAD e integra\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es para o Sistema Integrado de Gest\u00e3o Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, Financeira e Cont\u00e1bil do Rio de Janeiro, o Siafe-Rio, para a efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o da Nota de Empenho.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, o sistema dever\u00e1 ter a capacidade de enviar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o no Portal Nacional de Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es P\u00fablicas &#8211; PNCP, conforme previsto na nova Lei de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es, e no Portal de Compras do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
