servi\u00e7o. Com isso, para que as empresas interessadas saibam o que o Estado quer, este cria um documento chamado <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Termo de Refer\u00eancia<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que explica tudo detalhadamente, ratificando o que foi feito no ETP.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por vezes, o Estado do Rio de Janeiro j\u00e1 tem um desenho b\u00e1sico do \u201cparque\u201d, segundo nosso exemplo<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Projeto B\u00e1sico)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e precisa de algu\u00e9m para finalizar tudo. Ent\u00e3o, o Estado cria um edital convidando as empresas a participarem de uma disputa para construir o nosso \u201cparque\u201d e aquelas que se interessarem podem apresentar suas propostas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ent\u00e3o amparado nas exig\u00eancias constantes do Edital, o Estado promove a disputa entre os fornecedores e escolhe aquele que apresenta a proposta mais vantajosas e re\u00fane as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de habilita\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9-estabelecidas.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
