institu\u00edda como rede de gest\u00e3o descentralizada pelo Decreto 44.501, de 29 de Novembro de 2013.<\/p><p>Com o advento da Rede de Log\u00edstica \u2013 REDELOG, criada por meio do Decreto n\u00ba 46.050, de 26 de julho de 2017, alterado do pelo Decreto n\u00ba 48.178, de 15 de agosto de 2022, houve a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o das antigas redes de gest\u00e3o descentralizada pelas novas Redes Funcionais da REDELOG.<\/p><p>Assim, a REDECONTRATOS foi institu\u00edda, por meio da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o SEPLAG N\u00ba 150, DE 16 DE AGOSTO DE 2022, integrando as Redes Funcionais da REDELOG.<\/p><p>A REDECONTRATOS tem como objetivos: padronizar os procedimentos relativos \u00e0s atividades de gest\u00e3o de contratos administrativos; fornecer aos gestores a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para a boa execu\u00e7\u00e3o de suas responsabilidades, no \u00e2mbito dos \u00d3rg\u00e3os e Entidades do Poder Executivo do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.<\/p><p>A REDECONTRATOS ainda promove o interc\u00e2mbio de conhecimento e de boas pr\u00e1ticas administrativas entre os integrantes da rede e estimula a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos gestores dos contratos administrativos.<\/p><p>Todos os Gestores e fiscais de Contratos Administrativos podem e devem participar, al\u00e9m de outros interessados no tema, como DGAFs, Ordenadores de Despesas e
