de Pre\u00e7os &#8211; SRP consiste em um conjunto de procedimentos para realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, mediante <\/span><b>contrata\u00e7\u00e3o direta ou licita\u00e7\u00e3o nas modalidades preg\u00e3o ou concorr\u00eancia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, de registro formal de pre\u00e7os relativos a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os, a obras e a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e loca\u00e7\u00e3o de bens para contrata\u00e7\u00f5es futuras, segundo o art. 6\u00ba da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2021\/lei\/L14133.htm\"><strong>Lei n\u00ba 14.133\/21<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O valor a ser cobrado pelo bem ou servi\u00e7o \u00e9 registrado na Ata de Registro de Pre\u00e7os (ARP), que representa o compromisso estabelecido entre os \u00f3rg\u00e3os, os fornecedores e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o. Os interessados em fornecer para o setor p\u00fablico concordam em manter o pre\u00e7o inalterado por um per\u00edodo
