<strong>A\u00a0SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DE PLANEJAMENTO E GEST\u00c3O<\/strong> apresenta <strong>o novo Plano de Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es Anual do Estado do Rio de Janeiro<\/strong>, que \u00e9 composto por solu\u00e7\u00f5es modernas e eficientes com o objetivo de servir de apoio\u00a0ao gestor no desempenho de suas atividades do dia-a-dia.<\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Atrav\u00e9s do instrumento, <strong>o gestor ter\u00e1 mais seguran\u00e7a<\/strong> e autonomia para tomar suas decis\u00f5es e <strong>conhecer quais materiais e servi\u00e7os impactam\u00a0na sua organiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> para, assim, direcionar melhor seus esfor\u00e7os.\u00a0<\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Ainda, <strong>o novo PCA RJ fortalece a atua\u00e7\u00e3o das linhas de defesa<\/strong> ao permitir identificar poss\u00edveis riscos e problemas antecipadamente, ensejando a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas preventivas para evitar que esses riscos se concretizem.<\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">A SEPLAG\/RJ promover\u00e1 a entrega do arcabou\u00e7o normativo que vai nortear a execu\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o do instrumento e suas ferramentas, <strong>a entrega novas ferramentas para a opera\u00e7\u00e3o do PCA<\/strong>,\u00a0 do Plano de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e Conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o para a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do PCA RJ e <strong>da nova p\u00e1gina do Plano de Contrata\u00e7\u00f5es Anual no Portal da REDELOG<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o importante:<\/strong><b><br \/><\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>O PCA para o exerc\u00edcio de 2024 ser\u00e1 elaborado de forma apartada ao planejamento do POD<\/strong>, elaborado no SIPLAG, por\u00e9m, isso n\u00e3o quer dizer que essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es sejam dissociadas, pois as informa\u00e7\u00f5es descritas no POD ser\u00e3o aproveitadas para o preenchimento do PCA.<\/p><p><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Em agosto
